Roster Role: 6pm Setup/Packup

Duties

• Reduce seating after 4pm service
• Bring in the signage
• Pack away the tables and chairs after they have been cleaned
• Pack away all our equipment into the under stage trolley
• Lock the and alarm the hall.

  • Arrive at 530pm
  • Pack away the 2 outmost wings of seating after the have been cleaned
• After the service
  • Bring in the signage (and wipe down if wet)
• Pack away the seating after it has been cleaned
• Pack away the stage, projector stand and speakers
