Duties

• Open up the hall and turn the alarms off
• Set up tables for check in and hand sanitiser
• Set out the chairs
• Set up stage
• Put out signage

• Arrive at 230pm
• Open hall and turn off alarms
• Take kids boxes on the smaller trolley to the kids room
• Set up stage, projector stand and speakers
• Put out the signage
• Set up the chairs like a rounded amphitheatre all pointing to the stage
